Post Agent Troubleshooting
Most Post Agent issues come from an incorrect approval number, no eligible posting account, a paused schedule, or an expired approval request.
Common Fixes
- Connect button disabled: enter both country code and phone number.
- No approval message received: confirm the receiving number is a WhatsApp number, includes the right country code, and the schedule is Active.
- No account options: connect at least one eligible posting account in Settings → Platforms.
- Post did not publish: check whether the approval window expired, the draft was rejected, or the agent was paused.
- Too many rejected drafts: increase Max regenerations or approve one of the available drafts before expiry.
