Orders

Orders

The Orders page is the operational queue for WhatsApp product orders and service bookings. Each order tracks the customer, items, payment state, and the full status history.

Order Types

  • Product Order: customer added items to a cart and sent it. Tracks shipping address, item quantities, payment, and delivery.
  • Service Booking: customer booked a service slot. Tracks appointment start and end time, assigned staff member, and reminder delivery status alongside the standard payment and status history.

Summary Cards

  • Total Orders: count of orders matching applied filters.
  • Total Revenue: sum of order totals after filters.
  • Paid: number of filtered orders with payment status paid.
  • Pending: number of filtered orders with order status pending.

Filters

  • Order Status: All, Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Scheduled, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, or No Show.
  • Payment Status: Unpaid, Paid, Partial, or Refunded. Filter independently from order status — an order can be Confirmed but still Unpaid, or Pending with a Partial payment.
  • Order Type: Product Order or Service Booking.
  • Contact: search by customer name, phone, or external order ID.
  • From / To: filter by created date range.
  • Sortable columns: Order, Total, and Date.
  • Assigned To: the team member responsible for the order when available.

Order Statuses

Open an Order

Click an order row to open its detail panel, which shows: customer info with a View Chat shortcut, ordered items with retailer IDs and line totals, price breakdown (subtotal / discount / tax / shipping / total), shipping address (for physical orders), appointment details (for service bookings), payment state including WhatsApp Pay transaction ID, and the full status history with timestamps, notes, and changed-by user.
